Overview
Lynx-Discover Proteome service enables profiling of up to 10,000 proteins per sample across treatments or conditions and identifies significantly regulated proteins. This platform is ideal for studies where the main question is “What happens to my proteome? and to generate the data driven hypothesis for down stream project approach. Discovery proteomics solutions is a Next Generation proteomics technology for identification and quantification of complete proteomes with mass spectrometry. HRM enables reproducible and precise quantification of thousands of proteins in a single instrument run with data independent acquisition (DIA or SWATH). We offer you several standardized proteomics services that are available at LynxBio proteomics facility to help meet your particular discovery proteomics needs.

Lynx-ProteomeQuant
The Lynx-ProteomeQuant services enable the differential protein expression analysis of the proteins in biological samples in dynamic and temporal milti-dimentional mode. These services include workflows for label free, chemical and metabolic labelling quantitative proteomics experiments. Under this service, we offer global and targeted differential quantitative proteomics services.
Lynx-Labelle free-Quant
Overview
This service enables the quantitative analysis of total proteome in biological samples such as cell lysates, tissue homogenates or biofluids. The results from this experiment provide a list of the proteins and their relative abundance level observed across the samples and a statistical analysis along with associated pathway information.

Lynx-TMT-Quant is a multiplexing technology designed for the quantitative analysis of total proteome under different experimental conditions in cell/tissue/biofluid systems. The output from this experiment provides a list of the proteins present in all samples and a statistical analysis reflecting the changes in the protein levels observed across the samples, along with associated pathway information. Lynx targetd protoemics allows high-throughput absolute quantification of up to 100 proteins in hundreds or thousands of samples. It is ideal for researchers asking “What happens to my proteins of interest?”
Discovery and Targeted proteomics bridge the gap between scale and accuracy in protein analysis that opens up between antibody-based methods and classical “shotgun” proteomics. Whereas antibody-based methods (such as ELISA) allow accurate quantification of single proteins they are difficult to “multiplex”, i.e. to measure multiple proteins in complex samples in a single experiment. Conversely, classical “shotgun” proteomics identifies many proteins in one experiment, but the methods lack of reproducibility makes it hard to reliably quantify many proteins across samples.

Lynx-Targeted Proteomics offers a target based quantification of protein or post-translational modification on proteins such phosphorylation,ubquitination with linkage specificity(K63,K48 etc..,) and other modifications. Lynx-Targeted Proteomics is ideal for studies focusing on changes in the level of a protein or a protein modification and biomarker studies. Our Selective Reaction Monitoring (SRM) assay offers a highly specific method for quantifying proteins and their post-translational modification in multiplexing assay format with reduced assay development time and costs.
